I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
