I have wagered on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a number of days ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
