I have played millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager

Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10

Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 wager

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80

Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
